It's an Emmerdale first!
Emmerdale is set to air a powerful episode exclusively featuring its male cast members for the first time ever.
It comes as they recently discovered that Paddy was contemplating ending his own life following his marriage breakdown.Paddy recently fled the village following his split from Chas, he is now back home safely and Marlon wants to do anything to help his friend recover and wants to encourage the other men to open up.
"Inspired by listening to real stories from the charity Andy's Man Club, we decided to have some of the men in our village come together for a very special episode which purely focuses on them and [sees] them talking about whatever they are feeling or thinking. For this ongoing storyline, Emmerdale has been working with mental health charities Samaritans and Andy’s Man Club.
