Katie Taylor choked up as she tried to answer the question following her public workout
An emotional Katie Taylor has made it very clear the huge impact her mother Bridget has had on her career as she aims to make more history on Friday.
The 38-year-old did attempt to answer the question, with Bridget present in the room, but had to stop after just a few words, saying: "It's amazing. She's the biggest support...." The pair shared a heartwarming moment in Katie's Madison Square Garden dressing room following her win over Serrano in April 2022 and Bridget was also there to embrace her daughter when she avenged her defeat to Chantelle Cameron last year.
