AN EXTRACT of turmeric can be used to fabricate greener and safer fuel cells for a fraction of the energy costs, a study has found.
In their study, physicist Professor Apparao Rao of the Clemson Nanomaterials Institute in South Carolina and his colleagues have turned their attention to the potential to replace hydrogen fuel cells with those powered by ethanol.
