Energy supplier E.on Next to create 1,300 jobs in the likes of Bolton as it looks to boost its customer support operations.
The business is aiming to hire specialist workers who are trained to look after residential and small business customers.People who are tasked with helping customers through social media will also be hired during the recruitment push. "We do things a little differently at E.on Next – our energy specialists are dedicated to caring for their own group of customers so they can get to know them better and do more to help them, which is all the more important in these challenging times," said Ramona Vlasiu, the company’s chief operating officer.
