An eight-year Professional Game Partnership was announced on Wednesday by the RFU.
ENGLAND RUGBY COACH Steve Borthwick will have the final say on all sports science and medical matters relating to an elite group of players as part of a deal aimed at creating “world-leading English teams”.
The RFU will pay the 10 Premiership clubs €39 million per season for the first four-year cycle, with a profit share dictating the funding for the second four-year cycle.
