Enoch Burke is questioning the impartiality of a Wilson’s Hospital School panel put together to hear his latest challenge against his dismissal.

Enoch Burke has raised concerns about the makeup of a panel due to hear his latest challenge against the decision to dismiss him from his teaching role at Wilson’s Hospital School.

Mr Burke was dismissed for gross misconduct arising from his behaviour after being told of a transitioning student’s desire to be referred to by a new name.Since then, he has spent a lot of time in court, mostly challenging orders to stay away from the school.
