Enoch Burke was thrown out of court again today after showing up unannounced for the second time.
Last Friday, Gardaí had to physically remove Mr Burke from Mr Justice Brian O’Moore’s courtroom, after he showed up “unannounced” seeking to make an application in relation to factual inaccuracies contained in sworn statements made and relied on previously by Wilson's Hospital School in Co Westmeath.And this morning, Mr Burke again tried to make an application before him and again he was removed from the courtroom by Gardaí.
