EPA Programme Manager, and one of the report's editors, Andy Fanning, says radical change is needed to protect and secure the future. "To make that transformation, it's a generational challenge, but what we're saying is there are things that can help us. "We've highlighted, we need to scale up our infrastructural investment across al sectors, energy, water, waste, transport, and we also need a policy position on the environment, so all policies align to allow us to get to the environment that we all need and deserve to protect ourselves".
