Holywood golfer may get uncontested divorce after papers not filed with court
Erica Stoll has missed a deadline to file legal papers ahead of her divorce from Rory McIlroy, it is being reported.
Having received the legal papers from her husband, 36-year-old, Stoll was given Florida’s standard 20-calendar day window to respond with her answer, but according to the Daily Mail Stoll missed this deadline on Sunday. “You have 20 calendar days after this summons is served on you to file a written response to the attached petition with the clerk of this circuit court,” the officer said.
In a press conference in the days following, Mcllroy was asked how he was on a personal level at Valhalla Golf Club, responding: “I’m ready to play this week.”
