Erik ten Hag reportedly feels let down by stars Marcus Rashford, Casemiro, and Antony after being relieved of his Manchester United duties.
While he was endlessly backed by new minority shareholder Sir Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS, Ten Hag’s squad were simply sub-par throughout his tenure. Still, these three-star names have allegedly rubbed their manager up the wrong way. Casemiro, in particular, has endured his fair share of criticism this season, too. Reports suggested the Brazilian may jump ship for the Saudi Pro League this summer, with many considering him unfit to keep up with the fast pace of the Premier League.
Another star, Bruno Fernandes, who Ten Hag made captain during his time at the helm, has also come under fire in recent weeks for his sub-par performances and pair of red cards - though the first was overturned - against Tottenham and Porto.
