With 150 events spread across ten days, there's a lot to see and do for Belfast Pride Week
Belfast Pride is fast approaching and organisers are working to make this year's celebrations the biggest in the city's history.
"Many people reading this will have had experience dealing with mental health issues personally, with a partner, our children, a family member or a friend. And poor mental health is something which sadly affects members of the LGBTQIA+ community disproportionately. It's the official launch of Belfast Pride 2024 and we're on the move to a new venue at Belfast's Clayton Hotel on Ormeau Avenue.
If you're trans, non-binary and/or intersex person aged eighteen and older, come and join us in the bandstand in Botanic Gardens for a picnic.University of Atypical, 109-113 Royal Avenue, Belfast From 20:00 This workshop is an opportunity for artists from the LGBTQIA+ community to meet up and discuss their experiences of working as a queer artist and making queer art.
We will be recording oral history stories on location, scanning and photographing artefacts and documents for our community archive. You are welcome to come along, have a drink and listen to us play or bring your instrument and join in as we play.Tuesday, July 23 BELFAST PRIDE PRESENTS: PRIDE TALKS BACK 2024Northern Ireland's main party leaders have been invited to answer your questions on the issues impacting the LGBTQIA+ community.

Stuffed with steamy recollections of Carrie and Candyman, Scaredy should be in ecstasy but evil horror host Count Calories keeps cutting in on the fun. It's time for Scaredy to face their fears and stop being such a big Scaredy Fat.
We will also be launching this year's Poetry with Pride e-Magazine - a collection of original queer poetry from new and established writers across the community.We're bringing the Pride Céilí back and everyone is welcome!/ Join the creative teams from PS2 and Another World Belfast CIC as together we make wearable art as part of the Belfast 2024 WATER WORKS project.
