Everton have made one change for their trip to West Ham United, with Nathan Patterson replacing the suspended Ashley Young. Michael Keane also withdrew from the substitutes, with Andy Lonergan taking his place. James Tarkowski continues as captain in Seamus Coleman's absence.
Everton have made one change for their trip to West Ham United following their 2-0 defeat to Liverpool at Anfield in the Merseyside Derby eight days ago with Nathan Patterson coming in at right-back for the suspended Ashley Young.
James Tarkowski continues as captain in Seamus Coleman’s absence with the centre-back starting for the 5-th time in an Everton shirt since his free transfer move in the summer of 2022 after his contract at Burnley expired. The skipper is one of just five players in the visitors’ line-up to have played in the corresponding fixture here last season on January 21 when the Blues lost 2-0 in what proved to be Frank Lampard’s last game as manager before he was sacked just shy of a year in charge.
