Everton new stadium is turning blue as huge landmark reached at Bramley-Moore

The installation of the first seats has started a five month process that will see another landmark reached at Christmas

Everton fans following the development of the club’s new stadium could get a special present at Christmas.

That would mean the installation of thousands across the next two months - a process now underway after the very first seats were put in over recent days. "The biggest job is the drilling and in the upper tier, most of that has taken place, so that part of the stadium will change quite quickly now and hopefully, by Christmas, the whole upper tier will have blue seats in them.
