Delivery company DPD has announced serious delays to some of its services - including many across Lancashire.
The action has had a knock-on effect on other delivery companies, with DPD saying it has been affected by the pressure ahead of Christmas day. As a result, the company has decided to temporally suspend next-day deliveries to around 5% of postcodes in the UK, Liverpool Echo reports.
