Phase two of Ireland's official reopening plan kicked off at midnight with three weeks of new measures to come.
Speaking this morning, Minister Simon Harris said: "This is a great day for our country. It is a day of hope. It is a day that we were not guaranteed to get to. Whether it be about the latest restrictions, supermarket opening hours, schools and workplaces or anything else - this newsletter will have you covered for everything.
"Stay local" is the new phrase to replace "stay at home" and you can leave your home to to visit local venues or amenities such as parks, shops and allotments that have reopened as part of the government’s roadmap.Stay local in all circumstances, except in the following situations:You can now meet in groups of up to six people not from your household when outdoors.
