A PAIR of evil birth parents who tortured their baby boy so badly he had to have both legs amputated are set to be freed in days.

But the evil pair are set to be freed this month after serving just half their time – to the fury of his adoptive mum, Paula Hudgell, who says the “sickening” news feels “like a blow to the stomach”.
