Former Providence and University of Florida men’s basketball star Patric Young continues his recovery from a serious car accident last month and posted an update on social media Wednesday morning to detail his next step in the process.
“Hey everybody, exactly two weeks since my accident, first milestone of many to come. In great spirits, thank you everybody so much for your thoughts and prayers. I’m about to ring this bell. Close one chapter.
Can’t wait for the next one,” Young said. “Be headed up to Colorado really soon. So, everyone thank you again so much for the love and support it keeps me going and I hopefully I can continue to inspire you guys as I’m going.”
