Premier boss Liam Cahill swoops for highly rated coach
Former Kilkenny All-Ireland winning goalkeeper David Herity has joined Liam Cahill’s Tipperary set-up.
Ex-Kildare manager Herity will operate as a goalkeeping coach with the Premier men, who also have Mikey Bevans and Tony Browne in their backroom team. The move will come as a surprise to many in Kilkenny hurling circles with the two counties arch rivals across the previous decade. Herity has previously managed the Dublin camogie side before going on to spend five years with Kildare.
