Former Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge has taken to social media to address recent reports about him
Former Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge has rejected claims he is yet to pay a financial reward to the individual who found his missing dog four years ago.
Foster Washington, an American rapper known as Killa Fame, took credit for helping achieve this aim but said he did not receive the payment. He is believed to have subsequently launched a civil lawsuit against the Birmingham-born star. Moving to reject the claims, however, the ex-Reds forward released the following statement on social media: "The news yesterday was the first time my family and I heard that someone is continuing to try and get money from me, following the theft of my family's dog, Lucci, which happened four years ago.
