Micky Quinn was left wondering what might have been had Roy Keane tackled Alfie Haaland in a different manner!
Former Premier League striker Micky Quinn made a crude Roy Keane joke after Erling Haaland broke his longstanding Premier League record.
That record was smashed by Haaland on Sunday as the Norwegian scored his 10th goal of the season in just his fifth match as Manchester City drew 2-2 with Arsenal in a fractious match at the Etihad Stadium. "FFS I wish Roy Keane would have tackled his Dad in his b******s and I would have still had 5 @premierleague records left," posted Quinn in a Tweet that has received 1.5 million views and over 35,000 likes.
Unfortunately for Quinn, even if Keane had have done as he wished, it would have made no difference as Erling was already one-year old at the time of the tackle.
