Colgate-Palmolive Co. is recalling nearly five million bottles of Fabuloso multi-purpose cleaning products due to the risk of exposure to bacteria

Colgate-Palmolive Co. is recalling nearly 5 million bottles of Fabuloso multipurpose cleaning products due to the risk of exposure to bacteria, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and the company said Wednesday.

The agency said the recalled products may contain Pseudomonas species bacteria, which pose a risk of serious infection for people with weakened immune systems, external medical devices or underlying lung conditions. The same bacteria was linked toa WSJ membership
