The RTÉ soap opera won't air on Sunday September 10 due to a 'drop date' on the schedule. However, the drama will continue on Tuesday night with Zak Dillon and James Rafferty

Fair City has a number of "drop dates" throughout the year. This is usually to facilitate big TV events such as the Eurovision Song Contest, important sporting fixtures, St. Patrick's Day bank holiday weekends. Republic of Ireland will face Netherlands and Peter Collins presents all the action from the Group B encounter at Dublin's Aviva Stadium on RTÉ2.

Fair City will be back on screens again on Tuesday night at the usual time of 8pm. This week Juliet tells her mother Kira that she doesn’t want her to go through with the kidney donation.
