Joan Howley learns who Zoe really is, but Tommy Dillon advises her against making contact on Fair City.Joan voices her frustration about Dermot’s charge to Claire and she vows to get justice for her late son Cian by any means.Joan confronts Zoe in the community centre and she is intrigued to learn that she is hard up on cash.Joan, played by Noni Stapleton, then reaches out to Zoe and offers her an admin job at her firm, but her act of kindness has ulterior motives.

Elsewhere in Carrigstown, asserting his authority in the garage, Ray O'Connell claims Doug Ferguson as his mechanic and insist that he reports only to him.However, Doug is annoyed when he realises Pete only took him to lunch with a client to get under Ray’s skin. He then stands up to Pete, warning him to leave Ray alone.

Zak Dillon sweet talks Tommy with his shady business proposal, insisting that the risks are miniscule. Maria lets Zak know that their arrangement is purely business and she has no interest in being friends with him. These scenes air on Fair City, Tuesday night at 8pm on RTE One. Will you be watching?
