Hopefully all goes well.Luckily, Maclean's surgery went to plan and he thanked his fiancé Cat Nolan for looking after him and his daughter while he was out of action.
Maclean's trip to the hospital comes after he got engaged to his long-term love Cat Nolan later last month.
