A family claim their Christmas Day was ruined after a disappointing meal at a Toby carvery outlet which they say saw them waiting over an hour before their first bite of food.The family were told to book a time slot - as is common on Christmas Day - and arrived 15 minutes early but were warned there was a long wait, Hull Live reports.
