Fans have praised Helen as 'supermum'
The 39-year-old TV presenter, best known for stints on Countryfile and On The Farm, has been enjoying the UK heatwave recently. The Strictly 2022 runner up took her son Ernie out for a day of water sports in The Lake District, Cumbria.

Helen also shared video footage from the day of adventure, sharing a post from Ullswater Wake & Surf that showed her and her son on the water together.
Helen's fans were warmed to see her and her son enjoying time in the sun together, and couldn't help but comment how "beautiful" their day out looked.
