One of the fastest-growing cold water therapy groups in the UK has announced the opening of its new headquarters in Glasgow.

The club, which has just under 4000 community members, hosts outdoor events throughout Scotland, and offers a range of services to help those who struggle with addiction, alcoholism, and domestic abuse. "We are thrilled to open our new headquarters in Glasgow," said Kenny Neilson, founder of the Polar Bear Club. "Our new facility will provide a space for people to come together and experience the benefits of cold water therapy, as well as receive support and guidance from our experienced team.

In addition to its regular services, the Polar Bear Club will also be hosting the International Dipping Championships next year.
