A woman jumped from a moving car in between Roosevelt intersection of interstate 95 and westbound.
Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says, at approximately 12:50 a.m. a Dodge truck traveling northbound from I95 to I 10 West heading towards the entrance ramp.
