CLEVELAND, Ohio — Two men wanted in connection with two separate fatal shootings in Cleveland in January were arrested Wednesday by federal agents, according to the U.S. Marshals Office., 42, in a drive-by shooting near the 3900 block of Broadway Avenue on Jan. 8. A 21-year-old man also was shot during the incident.

Investigators say Leeth and the other victim were part of a group that was driving to Leeth’s home. The group was split between two cars when a dark-colored SUV approached the cars and fired into both of them, striking Leeth and the man, police say. Smith was arrested by members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at a residence near the 9400 block of Cherry Tree Drive in Strongsville.

Agents also arrested Mark James at a residence on the 10200 block of Anderson Avenue on the East Side. JamesPolice say Sikes was found in the doorway of a residence near the 14900 block of Kinsman Road with multiple gunshot wounds to the chest and stomach.
