Andretti plans to chiefly run its F1 operation out of a new U.S. base in Fishers, Ind., while establishing a satellite facility in Europe that would also assist Andretti’s other racing interests.It is the first major hurdle for Andretti to overcome in getting a team on the F1 grid, but by no means the largest one.
