Dylan Coady-Coleman's new-born sibling was brought to his bedside before he passed away
A file on the death of a young Clare schoolboy following a road traffic collision in February this year is being prepared for the DPP, an inquest has heard.

In reply to a question from the family’s solicitor, Caitriona Carmody, the coroner explained how the holding of the full inquest would be dependent on whether any criminal prosecution would arise from Dylan’s death.
