Fire crews raced to the Speirshall Close area of Yoker in the west of the city at around 9am on Tuesday morning.An image shared with the Glasgow Times shows the street taped off.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 9.06am on Tuesday, 7 March to reports of a dwelling fire in the Yoker area of Glasgow. "Operations Control mobilised four appliances to Speirshall Close, where firefighters were met by a fire within a tenement building.has been contacted for comment.
