MOUNTAIN VIEW – Five men with apparent ties to the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club have been arrested in connection with a homicide and separate assault at a country music concert earlier this year in Mountain View, according to authorities.
The homicide and assault were reported June 18 at a Chris Stapleton concert at the Shoreline Amphitheatre, the Mountain View Police Department said in a statement Tuesday. Around 10:45 p.m., 41-year-old Bakersfield resident Juan Gonzalez was found unresponsive near the Stage Right Café, police said. He received medical aid at the venue and was rushed to a hospital for further treatment, but he died a week later.Five men were ultimately identified as suspects in the two cases. They all seemed to know one another and appeared to be associated with the Hells Angels, police said.
On Tuesday, authorities served search warrants at the homes of the men as well as a Hells Angels clubhouse in San Francisco. All five men were taken into custody without incident. Dominic Guardado, 33, of San Francisco, was arrested on suspicion of dissuading a witness to a crime; Julio Moran, 43, of San Mateo, and David Wiesenhaven, 38, of San Francisco, were arrested on suspicion of assault by means likely to cause great bodily injury; Logan Winterton, 37, of San Francisco, was arrested on suspicion of murder and assault by means likely to cause great bodily injury; and Raymond Cunanan, 42, of Pleasant Hill, was arrested on suspicion of dissuading a witness to a crime...
