Analysis: An election that Republicans hyped as a red wave is turning out to be anything but, with Democrats over-performing the expectations of many in House and Senate races.
A mere 30% said they want Biden to run for president in 2024. Yet, among the 67% who said they didn’t want him to run for re-election, 31% backed Democratic candidates.
