An avid traveller has shared some tips to help those who need a dark room get some shut-eye

An air hostess has shared a hanger hack to help people sleep at night in their hotel rooms. While hotels are designed to be comfy, they may not be ideal for some travellers, such as those who like to sleep in complete darkness.

She often shares travel tips to her 59,000 followers on TikTok, where she posts under the username @demibonita. One of her recent clips has shown a few ways to get the most out of a hotel experience, writes the Mirror. In the video, Demi listed her top tips while travelling. The flight attendant said: "Put the 'do not disturb' sign between the door so you can notice if someone has been in your room. Your hotel card is not the only card that works. You can use any other card."

The flight attendant's tops received 2.7million views as well as over 176,000 likes. In the comment section of the now-viral clip, TikTok users were quick to praise the travelling ace's insightful advice.
