The woman now faces batter charges. …with a water gun.how 40-year-old Renee Bolduc exited her house to stand on her porch in order to get a good angle when shooting the victim in the face. Police later said that the victim didn’t appear to do anything that would prompt Bolduc’s reaction—they weren’t on her property and hadn’t made any sort of disparaging remarks—to prompt such a reaction.
