Flu cases are on the rise in Texas
The latest figures from the Centers for Disease Control show the spread of flu is"very high" in Texas. Hundreds of patients have been hospitalized in north Texas because of the flu. The surge in flu cases comes as many hospitals already have patients with other viruses, including COVID and RSV.

Thanksgiving deadliest holiday weekend on the road according to study - KRLD NewsThe data shows Texas sees more fatal wrecks than any other state during the Thanksgiving holiday and that this holiday is number one for deadly accidents. The study was done by the car insurance savings app Jerry and took a look at data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration from 2006 to 2020.
