Manchester City got back to winning ways with a 4-1 win against Aston Villa at the Etihad on a night when Phil Foden stole the show.

This was Phil Foden at his sumptuous best this year. The string-puller, the architect of opportunities, the master of small spaces and the lethal finisher.
Guardiola has often insisted Foden would end up central eventually. Not just in a positional sense, but in a literal one as well. Whatever City go to achieve this season, that is certainly true.
