With soaring temperatures to hit the country over the weekend, Irish households will be busy breaking out the barbecues for a weekend of summer celebrations.
Linda explains how the process of mincing the meat into burger patties is where things get complicated: "If you have a charcoal barbecue, you need to let it light for a while, maybe half an hour before you start cooking so there will be no flames and the coals are grey but still hot."
