Centric360, an investment company founded by Pamela Farrell and Brian Larkin, has purchased Waterford-based managed services provider HCS. Plans include expanding the business and entering new markets.
An investment company owned by former Evros Technology Group directors Pamela Farrell and Brian Larkin has acquired Waterford-based managed services provider HCS . Centric360 plans to invest in and expand the business, aiming to broaden HCS 's service offerings and increase staffing in order to capitalize on recent growth. With a focus on expanding into larger enterprises, Ms Farrell and Mr Larkin also intend to diversify the company’s market approach.
The deal includes HCS's three Irish offices and comes with an undisclosed purchase price. Current HCS directors, Seán Hegarty, Dan Hegarty, and Neil Phelan, will remain in their roles, with Mr Larkin becoming chairman and Ms Farrell taking on the role of managing director
