A former Keller ISD band director has been indicted on numerous felony counts after authorities say he exposed himself to multiple children.
Jedidiah William Maus, 36, was arrested in October on three counts of indecency with a child; a Tarrant County grand jury handed up indictments Thursday for eight indecency charges, the DA’s office said.Maus was director of bands for Keller Middle and Bear Creek Intermediate schools. Keller police said they received a report in September that Maus had exposed himself to a student and that the initial investigation identified three victims.
An arrest-warrant affidavit said that in one of the cases, Maus exposed himself to a male student in a bathroom,Jamie Landers. Jamie Landers is a breaking news reporter at The Dallas Morning News. She is a graduate of The Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication in Phoenix, where she studied journalism and political science.
