David Breen was once famous for dating Una Healy and for winning a Munster SHC medal with Limerick. Now he is off to work as a physio at Liverpool
The former Limerick hurler, who won a Munster SHC medal, is no stranger to switching codes having previously worked with Manchester City, Celtic and the Irish national team as a physio, as well as for rugby teams, Munster, Wasps and Harlequins.

Their tweet read: “Davy has taken up the role of first team physio with Liverpool and we're all immensely proud in Na Piarsaigh today.”
In his hurling career with Na Piarsaigh and Limerick, Breen won five Munster medals , five Limerick county medals and the 2016 All-Ireland senior club medal. He will join a Liverpool side currently high in the Premier League. Arne Slot's outfit have a five-point lead over Manchester City after eleven games of the season.
