Darren O'Dea has been given a new role at Celtic.
Former Republic of Ireland international Darren O'Dea has been appointed 'Professional Player Pathway Manager' at Celtic.
Capped 20 times for Ireland between 2009 and 2013, 37-year-old O'Dea spent six years at Celtic as a player and returned to the club in a coaching capacity shortly after retiring in 2019. "In this new role, I will be working between our Academy structure and the first-team environment to ensure that we do all we can to provide the very best pathway and levels of support to allow our young players to reach their full potential and to ultimately deliver at first-team level.”
