Kirkhill Nursery School, Broxburn could be demolished and the former Craigmair Care Home, Craigshill in Livingston leased out

Council officers are recommending that the former Kirkhill Nursery School, Broxburn and the former Craigmair Care Home, Craigshill, Livingston are declared surplus to requirements.

Due to its location and age, officers are recommending that the former Kirkhill nursery be demolished as there is no opportunity for commercial use or development. A council spokesperson said: "The council report confirms that discussions have taken place with the NHS to explore opportunities for the NHS to lease the building and to utilise it for NHS purposes. These discussions will continue.
