The studio behind Bridget Jones has confirmed that there will be a fourth instalment of the hugely popular series, with Renée Zellweger and Hugh Grant set to return. Colin Firth will not be returning, but Emma Thompson will be in the film. Titled Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, the film will be shot in London this summer and released next February.

It is thought Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy will be shot in London this summer ahead of a release next February, to coincide with Valentine’s Day. It will be an adaptation of Helen Fielding’s 2013 novel, Mad About the Boy.
