There are many cash boosts being paid to specific social welfare recipients before the end of the year, including a Christmas bonus which is worth 100% of their weekly benefits
It will be given to people getting a qualifying social welfare payment - which are listed below. If you are getting two eligible social welfare payments, you will get the Christmas Bonus for both payments. For Domiciliary Care Allowance , which is paid monthly, the bonus is 100% of the weekly DCA rate.
