Runners will start in Old Market Square and finish the course at Nottingham Castle

There will be runners across the city today as the Nottingham 10k returns for 2024. The annual event will see hundreds of runners over the age of 15 taking part in the day, all of whom will get a finisher's medal and goody bag for completing the new course.

To help you avoid any blocked roads or to make sure you get the best view of your friends or family members running, here is today's 10k route in full. Starting at the Old Market Square, runners will make their way down Long Row before turning onto George Street followed by Huntingdon Street.
