Fun in the sun for £1' as bookings now open for Lytham St Annes' Splash Park
With warmer weather on the way amid a three-week mini-heatwave, many families will be looking to put a wet a dreary few months behind them by taking advantage of the sunshine.
Parents and children are being invited to head down to St Annes seafront to enjoy the Splash Park. Online bookings are now available with prices at £1 per child. A Discover Fylde spokesperson said: "Fun in the sun doesn’t get better than this! Cool down at Fylde Council’s splash park by the sea within the beautiful setting of the Promenade Gardens, St Anne’s. Splash is located within a stunning Grade II listed park famous for its distinctive rockeries, floral displays and water features."The facility is set within a former open air paddling pool surrounded by an amphitheatre for spectators.
"There is a fantastic range of features including spray loops, water sprays, bucket drops, water domes and a small section for paddling. Children of all abilities can activate the sensor operated water jets."
