Family members have left loving messages this week to relatives who have passed away
Announcing the death of a family member has been a time-honoured tradition for family and loved ones. We have gathered the messages posted this week in one place.
The funeral service will be held at Accrington Crematorium Tuesday, November 7 at 11.40am, then at the Great Harwood Golf Club after to celebrate her life. Family flowers only please and donations would be gratefully received at the family’s request for the Trinity Hospice in Bispham, Blackpool .Doreen Corke Doreen sadly passed away on October 20 surrounded by her family. The dearly loved wife of the late Arthur .
During his life Derek served in the Royal Navy for seven years, then for a while at Clock Garages in Accrington, before then moving to work for Hyndburn Council for over 25 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening, watching football and cricket, as well as collecting coins. Formerly of Accrington and Clayton-le-Moors, Adrienne was a devoted wife to the late Tom, dear sister to Joan, beloved mum of Heather, Lindsay, and the late Vivienne, cherished grandma to Rachel, Jenni, Abigail, Richard, and Eugene, and wonderful great-grandma to Lucas, Lola, Oscar, Jaya, Jasmine, and Jax.
Family flowers only please, donations are being gratefully received in Adriennes’s memory on behalf of Cancer Research and Enfield Youth Cricket. Please send donations to the funeral director alternatively a donation box will be available at the funeral service.
