He will be laid to rest in his native Longford
Former Offaly football manager Eugene McGee will be laid to rest in his native Longford on Thursday, it has been announced.
A funeral notice on RIP.ie reads: "Eugene, formerly of Aughnacliffe, Co. Longford. Pre-deceased by his brothers Fr.Phil and Páid and by his sisters Sr. Kathleen and Alice. A wake will be held at Glennon's Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road, Longford on Wednesday on May 8 from 4pm, concluding with prayers at 9pm.
